Interior Design

BHB Architects offers in-house interior design services for both existing architectural and standalone interior refurbishment projects.

Our team of designers work closely with clients to ensure their ideas are seen through to reality within their commercial expectations. Working within a chartered firm of architects enables the team to fully integrate both the interior and exterior design into a coherent co-ordinated solution.

Principal Designer

Under the Construction Design & Management regulations (CDM 2015), a Principal Designer (formally CDM-C / Planning Supervisor) is required for all construction projects and is to be appointed by the client during the design phase. Principal Designers are integral members of the design team who will plan, manage, monitor and co-ordinate issues relating to health and safety. BHB have successfully carried out this role across a varied project base, and offer this service in-house to any new or existing client.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

BHB Architects are committed to the collaborative BIM working environment and have the appropriate procedures and competent staff in place, to ensure the highest quality of coordinated design output, providing real benefit to the Client, Consultant and Contractor organisations alike.

In addition to the BIM outputs generated as part of our Architectural service, BHB Architects have recently been appointed as specialist BIM consultants by main contracting organisations, in order to coordinate and manage whole development models on behalf of the end users. This process has developed our in house capabilities significantly.
