Loxton Developments appointed BHB to design a residential scheme, located in the picturesque village of Upper Tysoe. The project comprises 10 large 3, 4 and 5 bed detached houses served off a dedicated private driveway. The client wanted to achieve a timeless quality, with houses which felt like period properties, with generous room proportions and a strong sense of character and identity.

The majority of plots are constructed from Hornton Stone, a traditional local material, and the plots themselves are designed and detailed in a style which sits harmoniously with the existing character of the village.

BHB prepared 3d visualisations of each plot, which helped the scheme receive planning consent, and which have been used to market the scheme during the construction phase.
