
Two Colmore Square is situated within Birmingham City Centre’s prime office core located at the head of Colmore Row, facing Colmore Square. Possessing approximately 160,000 ft² of Grade A office space, it combines with its sister development Cannon House to provide some of the largest office floorplates available in the City Centre.
Associate Director Stuart Taylor has been involved with the redevelopment of the building with Nurton Developments since 2006, originally on behalf of Seymour Harris.
Furthermore the practice has provided architectural services relative to the fit-out of new tenant areas for BPP University, one of the largest tenant organisations in the building.
