The scheme consists of a large redevelopment of an urban block just off the High Street in Cheltenham. The development is of Regency style as dictated by planning, although along Fairview Road there are more contemporary elements.
The site contained a disused Odeon cinema, a car dealership, workshops and open parking. The mixed use development was carried out by Crest Nicholson.
The Regency scheme consisted of thirteen Retail units, forty-five Apartments and thirty-four Town Houses split over three to four storeys with parking either in the basement or at ground level.
The Contemporary scheme has eleven apartments with undercroft parking.
The Regency scheme has been finished in white painted render whilst the Contemporary scheme contains elements in brick, render and fibre cement rainscreen panels.
The scheme is a significant improvement of the local urban landscape and has provided a rejuvenation to the local area.
